Steps

Take a pan and put ghee in it. Add peanuts and roast for 1 minute ón low flame.

Take out the peanuts from ghee and in the same pan roast makhana till crunchy.

Now add roasted peanuts, sliced coconut, salt, black pepper, chat masala and mix well.

Roast 2-3 chopped pudina leaves for flavour and mix well.
- 5
Crunchy makhana is ready to munch.
