Chopped all the veggies.

Cook cauliflower wt water & salt fr 5mnt

In a bowl add maida,cornflour,red chilli powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt & make a thick paste

Dip cauliflower in a paste and fry them, remove in a plate

In a kadhai add oil, garlic, ginger, green chilli, capsicum saute well
- 6
Add onion saute fr 2 mnt, now add all the sauces & salt mix well
- 7
Add 1/2 cup water,when bubbles appear add cornflour paste stir well
- 8
Now add cauliflower mix well, garnish wth green spring onion. Ready to serve☺
