Firstly take buttermilk in a big utensil.Add besan or gram flour in it..(you can also use 1 cup curd and 2&1/2 cup water instead of buttermilk.)

Mix it well with the handy mixie. Add salt and turmeric powder and stir it well.

Take it out in a nonstick pan or kadai and put it on the flame...use medium flame...

Stir it constantly...make sure do not stick to bottom as well sides.. the mixture become thicken like paste.

Stir it for at least 35 to 40 min...then take little amount of thick batter and spread it on the platform.

After 5 min check it...with knife..its easily take off....Now off the flame.. once again stir it well..

Spread all the batter on the kitchen platform evenly and make a thin layer of cooked besan...as shown in the pic

Make equal portions of the layer...and then roll one by one portion..Roll all the portions and put it in a bowl.

Now cut all the Khandvi roll in to equal parts and put it in the bowl

Now it's time for tadka....for that take oil in a little katori or kadai and heat it..add mustard seed.

Then add til, chopped green chillies and curry leaves.thereafter pinch of hing.Off the flame..and pour this tadka mixture on the Khandvi roll.

Garnish it with chopped coriander and coconut powder...Khandvi roll is ready to serve
