Steps

Take 1kg amla wash and dry.make dents on lines on amla. In a kadai take 1 tbsp oil and fry amla. Add turmeric too n saute till its soft. Keep aside.

Take 2tsp mustard seeds and 2 tsp methi seeds dry roast n make powder.
- 3
In a bowl add red chilli powder, salt n methi powder and add lemon juice (4 lemons). Take 2tbs oil and add mustard seeds and hingu once splutter add to the pickle. Mix well. After 1 day you can taste it.
