Mix egg, milk, sugar and yeast until a cohesive dough

Add butter to the dough and leave for 30 minutes covered with a mat/cloth

Knead the dough at 3 or 4 until the butter is incorporated and you can make a "window" using the dough

Cover and let it sit until it expands twice its size (1-2 hours)

Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180°C
