1/2 kgcarrot
4tomatoes
5potatoes
1 cuppeas
1 tblspn red chilli powder
Half tspn mustard powder
Half tspn coriander powder
Green chillies acc to taste
Salt acc to taste
1 tspn gg paste
1 bunchcurry leaves

Cut carrots potatoes.

In a pan take oil add ginger garlic paste.saute

Add all spices saute for sometime then add carrots.

When carrots are half done add potatoes
5

When potatoes are half done add peas.

Keep them on low flame
7

Bhonify n add green chillies n curry leaves and serve
