Makhana ladoo

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a wok and roast the makhana till crispy.

Remove the makhana and grind them in a mixer to powder.

In the same wok dry roast the peanuts and remove aside and peel the skin.

Dry roast the almonds and cashews also and grind all the three together in the same mixer.

In a pan take jaggery powder and water and heat it till the jaggery dissolves and boil till one string consistency.

Sieve the jaggery syrup in the same wok and add the makhana and dry fruits mix to it.

Mix it well for a minute and add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix again for a min or so.

Let the mix cool a little and then bind them into laddoos.
