Steps

Peel the carrot and wash properly roughly cut carrot and tomato.

Add 2 cup water in a cooker add carrot tomato onion garlic bay leave Salt gram masala and clove

After 4 to 5 whistle off the flame leave it for cool as room temperature.

Proper Grind the mixture and strain in soup-strainer bay leave & clove put out before grind.

Boil it for 7 to 8 mins on low flame if required add more water black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves add into it.

Garnish it paneer or deep fry bread or cream serve it hot.
