I thought of this using the leftovers from fresh potato salad.

Ingredients

  1. 1 stickChikuwa (1 cm pieces thinly sliced at a diagonal)
  2. 3 sliceCheese (cut into 1 cm strips)
  3. 50 gramsKimchi (thinly cut into 1 cm strips
  4. 1Green onions (finely chopped)
  5. 1 tbspMayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the chikuwa in half vertically, and slice on the diagonal.

  2. 2

    Mix the chikuwa from Step 1 together with the other ingredients, and you're done.
