First, make a paste of the garlic and ginger.

Next, add 1 cup (about 240 ml) water, chicken, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to a pressure cooker. Cook for 2 whistles.

Separate the chicken and broth from the cooker. Take the chicken broth and mix in the cornstarch to make a smooth slurry.

Now, place the cooker back on the stove. Add the chicken broth, chicken pieces, carrot, tomato, and the remaining ingredients. Let it cook on the stove.

Once everything is cooked, add the chili sauce and vinegar, then cover with a lid.

After cooking for 4-5 minutes, your delicious, hot chicken soup is ready. Serve hot to everyone.
