Macaroni cooked in Indian style with our Desi spices and finally topped with cheese. It is a quick meal idea and addition of cheese is just optional. It is added to make kids love it more. Yummy cheesy Macaroni that is a must try one. And I have not added anything to it except Onions and loads of Sliced Olives both Green and Black. That's the reason I have named it so. But you can very well add any Veggies of your choice. The only thing to do is to make this in our Desi style with our spices. Basically whole idea is being giving it a Desi touch. Our Indian touch to it which makes it all the more delectable and yummy. I have chosen Elbow Macaroni for this. That's it. Let's get started. Happy Cooking with Zee!
