  • 1 CupMakhana
  • 2 tbspsGhee
  • 2 tbspsJaggery/Gud
  • 1/8 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tbspSesame Seeds
  • 1Butter/Parchment Paper

Steps

30 mins (prep to dish)
  1. 1

    In a frying pan: Add in the measured ghee & the jaggery- let it melt down/dissolve completely until sticky enough

    Now, add in the measured Makhana to it & gently yet quickly mix it well together until nicely combined with the mixture

    Add in the sesame seeds to it for even more exquisite taste & richness in its looks & crispiness

    Spread it out on the parchment paper laid on a plate/tray & spread out evenly as much as is possible- Once it’s cooled down, it’d be easier to separate them & store it in an airtight container

    It’s shelf life even over a month in an airtight jar but one simply can’t resist having it on & off & finish it all just in a few days time...let alone a month 😋💁🏻‍♀️
