Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 packetsEgg noodles
  • 1/2 kgChicken boneless strips
  • 1 tspGarlic crushed
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1 tspGreen chillies grinded
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspCrushed red chillies
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • 2 tbspSirracha sauce
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 1/2 cupCarrots sliced
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum sliced

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put oil, fry garlic and green chillies.

  2. 2

    Add in chicken and stir fry till color changes.

  3. 3

    Next add in veggies and stir fry it too. Now add all the seasonings and sauces n toss it well.

  4. 4

    Finally mix in egg noodles too and toss it to mix it evenly.

  5. 5

    Serve hot !!
