Steps

First, chop onion and tomato in cubes.

Wash and keep all the green leaves ready.

Heat the pan, pour oil, and keep it in a low flame.

Pop mustard and urad dal seeds. Add onion, green chilies, and red chili. Fry for a minute.

Then add tomato, salt and tamarind. Fry for a minute.

Put the grated coconut and stir well for one or two minutes.

Finally, add all the green leaves. Give a stir and turn off the flame.

Transfer this to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste. Add the required water.

Green chutney is ready to serve.
