Steps

Soak the poha and strain immediately. Let it rest for sometime. In a kadhai add oil, rai, jeera, onion and green chilli. Fry them on medium flame

In the soaked poha add red chilli powder, haldi powder and salt

Once the onions are fried add the poha and add lemon juice. Mix it well. Taste it and adjust accordingly

Add coriander. And they are ready to serve.

You can add potatoes, peanut, peas, curry patta etc acc to your taste. I like my poha simple
