Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes
  2. basil
  3. onion
  4. sourdough bread
  5. Fetta cheese
  6. balsamic glaze
  7. salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop fine: onion, tomatoes and basil.

  2. 2

    Get sourdough bread and toast it. Once toasted, soak bread in extra virgin olive oil.

  3. 3

    Place chopped ingredients on bread, finish with feta cheese crumbs on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze then add salt and pepper.
