A traditional and nutritional sweet dish from khambhat in Gujarat. It is very healthy specific in winter as it has edible gum which is good for keep our body warm.

A traditional and nutritional sweet dish from khambhat in Gujarat. It is very healthy specific in winter as it has edible gum which is good for keep our body warm.
Steps

Firstly heat ghee in a pan and fry gundar in it. Fry it in two parts.

When your first slot get fry keep it one side. add another gundar in it. Fry it on slow flame otherwise it would be raw from inside.

Add milk in it. Boil it and Stir it slowly slowly. After 2 mins milk will get start in to curdle.

Other side on another pan heat it and add sugar to caramelize.

Add caramelize sugar in to milk curdle.

Mix it well on medium flame.

Now in a another pan heat one spoon ghee and add crackle wheat flour in it.

Stir it till it becomes light brown on medium flame.

Add it in to milk curdle. Mix it properly. Turn gas on high flame.

Stir continuously this mixture till its become brown.

Add elaichi powder and sliced almonds. Burn all the water. Stir it for 10 -15 mins till it does not start become greasy.

Turn off the flame and keep a side on room temperature till it becomes cool down.

Once it gets cool down make a small ball size shape and garnish it with almond.
