Take a bowl with curd and all masalas.

Cut all vegetables in square shape and boil the potatoes.

Mix all the vegetable in masala mix and marinate them for 10min

Stuck them one by one in tandoori stick and make tandoor in tawa in white oil.

Flip them in tawa and create golden brown from both side and get a smoky flavour.

If want add some more oil on tandoor potato and complete make tandoor.

Turn off the gas and serve it with salad and sauce.
