Jamuns are naturally delicious, especially when combined with salt. Here in shots we are combining the juice of jamuns with lemon and salt in such a way that with every sip you get the taste of salt and feel a zing on tanginess individually allowing them to blend in your mouth.
It is an absolute joy having Jamun shots.
Note: it is fun drinking them in short glasses only. Tall glass ruins the pleasure.

Steps

Wash jamuns and remove pits. Keep it in the cooler box of the refrigerator to chill at least for an hour.

In a grinding jar, take jamuns, only a little water and sugar. Grind it into smooth paste.

Take the shot glasses. Dip the rim of a glass in the lemon juice or apply lemon juice on the glass rim and then lightly dip in the salt so the rim gets covered with salt. Prepare all the glasses likewise.

Gently fill in the Jamun paste in the glass using a spoon. Enjoy!
