Methi matar malai
Steps

Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in kadai sautey methi leaves until water evaporates then remove on a plate

To same pan add 1 tbsp oil fry 1 medium onions until changes colour to pink add green chilli garlic ginger cashew fry 2 minutes on medium flame then add tomatoes and 1/4 tsp salt cook until tomatoes are soft

Then cool the masala add 1/4 cup water and grind smooth paste

Heat oil in kadai add masala paste fry 1minite add turmeric salt red chilli coriander cumin garam masala mix well

Add peas mix well simmer 5 minutes until peas are soft then add the methi leaves mix well simmer 2 minutes

Add 1/4 cup fresh cream or malai chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp garam masala powder mix well simmer 2 minutes

Ready to serve taste amazing with tandoori roti naan
