Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgram flour
  2. 1/2 cupfinely chopped methi leaves
  3. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green garlic
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green onion
  5. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  9. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. as neededOil to saute
  12. For serve
  13. as requiredCurd
  14. as required Buttermilk or lassi
  15. as per your tasteChutney

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl mix gram flour, green garlic, green onion, fenugreek leaves, salt, crushed garlic, chili powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, asafoetida, salt and water as require. Mix well and make smooth semi watery batter. Keep 30min aside.

    Heat tawa and spread oil. Spread batter evenly and let it cook for a while.spread some oil and turn side. Then cook for a while again n flip it.

    Wait for a while then remove from tawa and serve hot with curd, lassi or buttermilk. With any kind of chutney
