Take a pressure cooker add washed methi and cook it for one whistle.then a take it out in a drainer and drain whole water from it.

Take a pan add oil.

Then add garic cloves.

Add tomato and green chilli and cook it for a while on low flame till the tomato become mashy.

Then add all the spices and mix it well.

Now add boiled methi and cover it for a while.

When methi reduced whole water then turn the flame off.

Now it is ready to eat.Serve it with roti or dhodha.
