Steps

Cut potato to small cubes, wash and clean methi leaves. Take a kadai add little oil and add 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1 tsp cumin seeds and saute till they splutter then add onions, green chillies and turmeric and saute, add ginger garlic paste.

Once onions are soft add aloo, methi and peas mix well. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and little water and cover and cook.

Once done add coriander leaves and serve.
