Coat the Chicken in the dried salt n pepper seasoning

Butter the Barms/ Buns

Add the chicken to non stick frying pan and cook on high both sides for 1 minute then turn down to medium

Add the Cress to the bottom bun and add the red onion on top.

Add the mayonaise on each top bun. 1/2 tsp on each.

Add the chicken add the top bun and serve. Enjoy.
