Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

Pierce the sweet potato in several places and microwave until soft. Alternatively, bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

  2. 2

Mix the sweet potato with the beans and mash with a fork.

  3. 3

Add the remaining ingredients and form 4-6 patties, depending on size.

  4. 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes.

  5. 5

Meanwhile, wash and dry the mushrooms well.

  6. 6

Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  7. 7

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, grill in a grill pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Our "buns" are ready!

  8. 8

Place a mushroom on a plate with the smooth side down. Top with a "patty" and any other toppings you like. Cover with another mushroom and enjoy!
