Take the fresh methi leaves, clean them and finely chopped them. Now roughly chopped the potatoes.

Take a tbsp of oil in a pan and allow it to heat properly, afterwards add chopped green chillies and potatoes,saute it for 2 mins.

Now add methi and stir it add dry spices and cover and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.Now remove the lid and cook it for 10 minutes so that its water will escape and aloomethi veggie is ready.Now serve it hot with chhapati and add 1 tsp desi ghee.
