Roast Murmura, peanuts, pumpkin seeds and saunf on slow flame.

Mix all the roasted ingredients in a bowl with roasted coconut chopped rose petals and keep aside. Chop chikki jaggery into small pieces.

Heat a pan add 1-tsp ghee and chopped jaggery on slow flame stir continuously and cook till turns in dark colour add pinc baking soda.

Add cardamom powder and ginger powder mix well and add all the roasted ingredients and mix well. Transfer in a greased rectangular tray. Set properly with greased katori give cut with knife when little warm.

Serve ready YUMMY Murmura Pumpkin Seeds peanut chikki in a plate.
