  • Tomatoes chopped
  • Red onion chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Drizzled of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1medium cucumber chopped

    Washed and drain all the veggies

    Into a large bowl mix olive oil,salt,pepper, lemon juice mix well to combined

  3. 3

    Add in all the chopped veggies and mix well to incorporate and serve
