Firstly take a fresh methi leaves lean and wash and after that cut the methi leaves, chopped tomatoes, green chillies and onion and garlic, heat the khadai pour oil.

If oil is hot add cumin seeds, if cumin seeds crackle add chopped garlic, onion and green chillies and mix it well.

After that add salt chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes soft, now add fresh chopped methi leaves,

Mix it well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, after 10 minutes our fresh green methi leaves bhaji is ready to eat.
