Steps

Mix salt, oil,haldi powder in flour and knead a medium tight dough by adding required water. Keep it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll paratha of size and shape preferable to you.

Roast paratha on tawa or fry pan. Beat eggs. Add salt. Fry eggs. Spread paratha on egg and roast from both the sides.

When it get cooked remove egg paratha from the pan. Add onions/vegetables of your choice. Sprrad mayonese. Roll it.

And your anda roll is ready.
