Kachi haldi ki sabzi
Steps

Washed the turmeric well then peel and grat them.

Chopped all the veggies mentioned above.

Heat a pan, add ghee, cumin, bay leaves, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and asfoetida saute for few seconds than add grated ginger-garlic and chopped onions. Fry until the onion turns golden brown.

Now add grated turmeric and chopped green chili, saute for 7-8 min on medium flame.

Than add green peas and chopped tomato, saute for 4-5 min.

Add red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well and fry until ghee leaves sides.

When turmeric are soften than add whisk curd and cook for 7-8 min on low flame.

Finally add salt, garam masala and chopped green coriander leaves mix well and swich off the flame.

Serve with roti or paratha as you wish.

Note- Always cook haldi ki sabzi in ghee. Saute it well or it will be bitter in taste.
