  2. 1 1/4 cupshot water
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. 1large bowl chopped green onions
  6. Beef filling:
  7. 1.3 lbground beef
  8. 1onion
  9. 1 tablespoonwater
  10. 2 teaspoonssalt
  11. 2 teaspoonschicken bouillon powder
  12. Black pepper to taste
  13. 1 tablespoonoil

    Make a dough with the flour and let it rest for 20 minutes.

    Prepare the beef filling.

    Divide the dough into 16 portions (about 1.8 oz each).

    Roll each portion into a circle with thin edges. Fill with beef filling and green onions, then shape into pancakes.
