Heat a small pot of water. When boiling, add walnuts, a little salt and some white sugar. Cook at simmers for around 5 minutes. Strain out walnuts and put naside.

Clean the pot, then melt the sugar with water in it. Pour in walnuts and sesame. Stir quickly until even.

Transfer the caramelised walnuts on a baking sheet, place it into the air-fryer and spray with oil. Bake at 150°C for about 5 mins for 4 times. Stir before bake each time.

Let cool before munching. Store in an airtight container for a week or two should be okay. Enjoy!
