Wash the dal add water and all the spices cover and cook until the dal is tender.

For tadka. 1Heat the ghee 1 tbsp add tomatoes and cook in medium flame until the tomatoes became soft. Mix in dal.

2:heat the ghee add garlic cumin seeds, dry red chilli. Add the Bhagar in dal garnish with green coriander and green chillies. Serve and enjoy
