Matar paneer kofta

For kofta first grind boiled matar,green chilli in mixture, transfer it in another plate,add grated panner and cheese,cumin seeds powder, salt,ginger paste and corn flour,and make dough

Make balls and coated in corn flour,refrigerate it for 10 minutes

And fry kofta after 10 minutes

For gravy heat 1 tbsp butter,add chopped onion, tomato, cashew nuts, green chilli, Kashmiri red chilly,1 tsp red chilli powder, garlic pods and salt taste and saute for 2-3 minute

Cool it at room temperature and grind it into mixture

Now heat butter in wok,add whole garam masala,add red chili powder and gravy and mix it well,add coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste add 1/2 glass of water and cook for a minute,now turn off gas

Now place koftas in the plate,add gravy,and garnish with coriander leaves
