Simple Salmon Carbonara

I'm not fond of meat, so I substituted salmon flakes for bacon in this carbonara.
Using sliced cheese for cream sauce is a convenient solution I often use when I don't have powered cheese, lol.
The cheese will bubble in Step 2, but if you use a large bowl, it'll be okay.
Please use a non-melting type of cheese.
If you add a teaspoon of skim milk you can get an even richer flavor. Recipe by Umemikkii

Steps

Tear the sliced cheese into pieces and place in a heat-resistant bowl with the milk.

Heat unwrapped in a microwave (est. 1 min 30 sec at 600 W). Mix well after heating.

Add the egg yolk and salmon flakes and mix.
- 4
Drain your boiled pasta and add quickly to the mix in Step 3. Transfer to a plate and top with black pepper and parsley.
