  1. 1 1/2 cupBajri Flour (Pearl millet flour)
  2. 1 cupmethi( fenugreek) leaves
  3. 2 tspfresh coriander leaves
  4. 1/4 cupcurd
  5. 1 tbspJaggery
  6. 1/2 tbspOil
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  8. 1 tbspSesame seeds
  9. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  10. 3 tspginger garlic and green chilli paste
  11. 1 tspcumin-coriander powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1/2 tspBaking soda

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above

    Let it rest for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add baking soda and mix well

  4. 4

    Now on hot tawa make small size pudla

  5. 5

    Cook on both the side and enjoy with pickle, curd or ketchup
