Honey Chili Potato

First, cut the potatoes into French fry shapes. Slice the bell peppers into long strips. Chop the green chilies, ginger, and garlic.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add the cornstarch and all-purpose flour to the potatoes and mix well to coat evenly.

Once the oil is hot, fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Repeat until all potatoes are fried.

In another pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the sesame seeds and toast them. Add the bell peppers and sauté. Then add the chopped green chilies, ginger, and garlic, and sauté again.

Add the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, chili flakes, and salt. Mix well.

Turn off the heat. Add the honey and mix well. Add the fried potatoes and toss everything together until well coated.

Serve the hot honey chili potatoes on a plate. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy.
