Heat ghee in pan add cashew nuts and peas

Fry it for 2 minutes so it gets cooked well

Add grated turmeric and fry it for 5 minutes so raw tastes go off

Add curd, red chilli powder and cook it for 8-10 minutes till ghee separates from gravy

Add salt coriander leaves
- 6
Mix well serve with roti
