Wasabi-Flavored Nagaimo and Okra Mix

I always ate this with ponzu sauce, but I wanted to try a different flavor so I made this.
Adjust the amount of shiro-dashi and wasabi as desired.

Steps

Remove the nagaimo skin and slice into thick pieces. Soak in water with a bit of vinegar, then drain.

Boil the okra then cut into bite-sized pieces (wash and prep the okra if you wish).

Mix the ◎ ingredients together, add the nagaimo and okra. (Flavor with salt and pepper if necessary). Transfer to a serving dish and top with shredded nori seaweed.
