Ingredients

  1. 4Avocados
  2. 1/2 CupRed Onions (Diced Small)
  3. 1Jalapeno (Diced Small) (Optional)
  4. 1/3 CupCilantro (Chopped)
  5. 1 1/2 TbspLime Juice
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 2 ClovesGarlic Minced (Optional)
  8. 2Roma Tomatoes Seeded & Diced (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut, Pit, and Scoop out flesh from the Avocados, into a Mixing Bowl. Add Salt & Lime Juice, and mash about 75% of the way with a potato masher or fork.

    Stir in Onions, Jalapenos, Cilantro, & Garlic (if using). Taste for seasoning. Serve or smooth guac down into an even layer & cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Make sure the plastic wrap is touching the entire top layer of the guac as well as clinging to the sides of the bowl. This will keep the air out and prevent the guac from browning.

    If you like Tomato in your Guacamole, you can add 1 seeded & diced Roma Tomato in.
