Ingredients

20-30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 200 gmPaneer in cubes
  2. 300 gmGreen peas
  3. 1medium size onion
  4. 5-6garlic cloves
  5. 1 tsp ginger
  6. 4 tsp Multi purpose gravy
  7. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 2-3green chillies slited
  11. 1 tbsp butter
  12. as neededOil
  13. 1 pinchasafoetida
  14. as neededWater
  15. 2-3 tbsp Cream
  16. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Crush coarsely - onion, ginger and garlic. Take a pan, add oil and butter. Once oil is hot, add asfoitida.

    Add crushed garlic, ginger and onion. Saute for some time. Add multipurpose gravy and 1/2 glass of water. Cook for some 10-15 minutes or until it starts ozzing out the oil.

    Add all masala and slited green chillies. Mix it well. Now add paneer.

    After that add green peas and 1/2 glass water. Cook on low flame for some time.

    Add cream and switch off the flame. Serve hot with Roti, Paratha or Puri.
