Gujarati people are always find new way to make original dishes,always try something new .
I wanted to eat pizza but as being a doctor I always tries healthy way and I have dhokla batter ready so I thought to make pizza from it. As cheese goes superb with all.
And the result is super duper yummy.

I wanted to eat pizza but as being a doctor I always tries healthy way and I have dhokla batter ready so I thought to make pizza from it. As cheese goes superb with all.
And the result is super duper yummy.
Steps

Take soaked dal in mixture jar, add curd- make coarse paste.add turmeric powder and let it ferment for 4-5 hours.

After 5 hours, add salt, ginger chilli paste, asafoetida, baking soda and squeeze lemon over soda.

Mix it well and spread it into grease tray.

Let it cook on steam for 15-20 minutes,when it cools completely take it out and let it cool down.

Remove it from plate and spread green chutney over it. Then grate cheese cube.

Heat tawa, brush some oil, put dhokla pizza, cover it and cook on low flame till bottom layer become crispy and cheese melts nicely.

Take it out, sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and serve hot with tomato ketch up or green chutney.

If you eat onion garlic- then spread garlic chutney over base and you can add onion for topping also.

Enjoy this yummy yummy pizza without guilt of maida.
