Ingredients

  1. 450 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 50 gramsSemolina flour
  3. 210 gramsMedium eggs
  4. 5 gramsOlive oil
  5. 2 gramsSalt
  6. 20 gramsWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a bowl, then bring it together into a ball.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a table and knead it until smooth.

  4. 4

    Chill in the refrigerator for half a day, then shape into your favorite pasta shapes.
