To Make a dough, in one bowl add all the dough ingredients and knead into little hard dough. Let dough rest for 15 mins.

Now in the pan add little oil and using jeera, mustard & hing give tadka. Then add all the veggies,potatoes and mix them until they combine into nice dough. At end add masala,coriander and squish some lemon juice. Your filling is ready

Now as shown in the picture take dough and roll it big circle shape,put ready (cold) filling on it and spread nicely till edges.

Now roll it like shown below and then cut into small disks.

Put discs into baking sheet,apply some milk on it & bake at180 for 15 mins (keep eye on them). You can also mix little oil in the milk and brush them.

Enjoy it for snacks
