Remove collected Malai in big thick vassals. I am collecting for 15 days
Add 1 cup dahi. Mix them well. You can add lemon juice too. - 2
Keep it aside for 3 to 4 hours
Now mix them well with big spoon or whisker. - 3
After 10 minutes buttermilk will released.your butter is ready. If you like you can keep some for home.

Remove butter from buttermilk. Now start the making ghee.

Keep flame medium. When ghee release strain it and keep it in the fridge.

Best and pure ghee you will get
