Mutton Biryani

Soak the basmati rice in water and keep it aside for 30 mins

To prepare the Biryani powder,grind the mentioned ingredients into a fine powder

Heat the pan and add 1 spoon ghee and oil.

Add 1 bay leaf,3 elachi, 3 cloves,1 small cinnamon stick.

Then add the sliced onions and fry until it turns golden brown.Also add salt to it.

Then add the green chillies,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and fry till it becomes a paste.

Now add the Biryani power and 1 tspn turmeric powder,1 tspn chilli powder

After a minute add handfull of pudhina and handfull of coriander leaves and fry.

Then add mutton and stir it.Add 1 cup of water.close the lid of the cooker and boil it for 3 whistles.

After pressure goes off,add the rice and then add 1 1/2 cup water.Check the salt and spiciness.

Cook it for 1 whistle.Tasty Biryani is ready.
