Wash the drumstick flower properly with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder & water. Drain it.

Cut the flower into pieces.mix it with chopped shallots, green chilli, grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside

Heat a pan, pour oil, add mustard, when it splutter, add chilli flakes, curry leaf, then drumstick flower mix. Close it with a lid. Cook it on low flame. Stir it well. Remove from heat.

Serve hot with rice
