Mix the rava,curd,salt and water cover it well and keep aside for half n hour.

Heat the oil in a pan and pour the batter and spread with a help of spoon.

Sprinkle some carrot, capsicum,onion,green chilli and green coriander on the top of the batter.

And flip the uttpam upside down.

When the light golden colour appaers,then it is cooked.

Now your rava uttpam is ready.Serve this with sauce or chutney or sambhar.
