Take 1/4 Tsp Oil (Optional) add Dry Red Chillies, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, curry Leaves and roast on low flame till it becomes reddish brown. Remove from flame and let it cool.

Add 1/2 Tsp Oil in a kadai. Add Onions, Chillies, Ginger, Tomatoes to it. Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Remove from flame and let it cool.

Grind the dry roasted masala.

Add Tomato mixture and Coconut Milk to it. Grind it.

Bring it to a smooth paste and transfer it to a container

Take 1 Tsp Oil in a tempering pan. Heat it. Add Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Dry Red Chillies, Asafoetida. Let it crackle. Remove from flame.

Pour the tempering over the chutney.Serve it with Idli, Dosa, Dhokla
